What’s Included?

Daily Musical Training Instrument Lessons

40-minute one-on-one lessons daily.

Practical & Theoretical Classes

40-minute sessions every day to strengthen technique, understanding, and performance skills.

Piano Accompaniment Classes

Every two days, students of melodic instruments rehearse with piano students or the piano teacher.

Orchestra Sessions and Rehearsals

During the first 5 days, two 40-minute orchestra rehearsals per day.

Chamber Music Group Sessions

During the last 5 days, 40-minute lessons (in small groups).

Every July, young musicians from the UAE and other countries come to Prague for 10 days to study their repertoire intensively at the Prague Premier Music Colleges (PPCM), one of the most advanced music schools in the Czech Republic. During their free time, they enjoy Prague, one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in Europe.

Course Highlights:

Our summer program offers a dynamic range of daily musical activities designed to inspire, challenge, and enrich every young musician.

  • Instrument Lessons: Daily 45-minute one-on-one lessons with expert instructors.

  • Practical & Theoretical Classes: Daily 45-minute sessions to strengthen both technical skills and musical understanding.

  • Piano Accompaniment: Accompaniment sessions every two days for all melodic instrument students, provided by piano students or the piano teacher.

  • Orchestra Training: Two 40-minute orchestra sessions each day during the first five days of the course.

  • Prague Old Town Concert: A special orchestral performance in Prague’s historic Old Town, followed by a dinner cruise on the Vltava River for all participants. Parents may join for an additional fee.

  • Chamber Music Coaching: Forty-minute chamber music sessions for all students, including pianists, during the last five days.

  • Grand Finale Concert: A celebratory recital in the college auditorium, showcasing each participant’s progress and achievements.

  • Garden Reception: A festive reception in the PPMC garden for all participants and their parents.

  • Practice Facilities: Full access to practice rooms for the entire duration of the course.

The Prague Premiere Music College (PPMC) is an organization closely affiliated with the Grammar and Music School of the Capital City of Prague (GMHS), a prestigious institution for classical music education. It brings together outstanding Czech music teachers who have extensive performance experience on concert stages around the world and whose pedagogical work is highly regarded by professional critics.

PPMC’s mission is to offer students a systematic educational program that prepares them for entrance examinations to music high schools, conservatories, and colleges worldwide. Students taught by PPMC instructors perform in Prague’s leading concert halls and are invited to collaborate with orchestras such as the Czech Philharmonic, the Prague Symphony Orchestra – FOK, and the PKF – Prague Philharmonia. Many continue their studies at reputable music academies abroad and go on to join some of the world’s finest orchestras, including the Czech Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, the Semperoper Dresden, and others.

PPMC’s activities are grounded in long-term, successful educational experience with gifted pupils and students.

By continually following and reviewing the study plan, successful graduates may apply for advanced classical music studies at prestigious Czech and European universities.

Registration and Application Form for Summer Music Camp

    Required Enclosures:
Please fill out the application form and send it with the following documents:
– One high-resolution photograph (passport size).
– A clear copy of the passport.
– Recommendation letter from your music school or instrument teacher.
– A brief history of your musical life, mentioning any awards or achievements, and a list of previous competitions, solo concerts, or recitals in which you have taken part.
